Taahaabaah is one of four sacred Navajo names given to Ms. Andrea Twitchell by her maternal grandfather, Shi' Chei Jimmy J. Begay. Taahaabaah was born on the Navajo Nation into the matrilineal Bitterwater and Waters-by-edge Clan. She was also blessed to be raised in the Washington D.C. metro area for over 20 years. Indigenous life-ways and social justice issues have always been present in Ms. Twitchell's worldview and participation here in the Glittering World. Taahaabaah aims to use her voice to connect other's with their hearts and minds so all can gain insight into the greater collective truth that Mother Earth and Father Sky have to endow.
Taahaabaah Therapeutic Services believes in providing individualized therapeutic modalities to create awareness and connection around mental, emotional, and physical disharmonious experiences of Self and Other. It is our aim to build trust and safety with each client so all parts of ourselves can be seen with compassion and empathy. We will explore and journey together in restoring the deepest parts of your being so that you may live a more wholehearted life.
